Have you already tasted galettes? A buckwheat galette is a traditional crepe from Brittany, in the West of France, and it is just perfect for any savory filling. It matches to perfection with a glass of cider (or an apple juice for the little ones).

70g / 2.47 oz butter
500ml / 16.9 fl oz water
Buckwheat flour*, T80 wheat flour*, Ré Island salt.
Produced in a factory that uses nuts and sesame.
1- Pour the contents of the baking mix into a large bowl. Add the melted butter, water and eggs and mix with a whisk to combine.
2- In a frying pan, cook the galettes on both sides until golden brown.
Enjoy with sauteed leeks, smoked salmon, and cream cheese.
