Make a gingerbread at home and in a few minutes, it is finally possible with this Marlette baking mix! It makes the whole experience really easy and enjoyable as you only need to add honey and milk… The spiced bread recipe has been carefully crafted to preserve the texture and mellowness of the cake.

¾ cup honey
1 cup milk
Flours (wheat*, rye*), whole cane sugar*, spices*, baking powder* (wheat starch, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bitartrate), sea salt from Ile de Ré.
May contain traces of nuts, sesame, and milk.
1- Pour the milk and honey in a large saucepan and melt over medium heat.
2- Remove from the heat, add the baking mix and mix to combine.
3- Pour the mixture into a cake mold (25cm) and bake for 50 minutes at 320°F.
4- Unmold your spicy bread when it has cooled and wait until the day after to taste it. It will keep for one week wrapped in a tea towel.
Brush your warm spiced bread with some orange marmalade!
