Cathy Closier, the founder of the Season restaurant in Paris, dreamed of a jam that would remind her of her childhood. And so inevitably with raspberry, as she prepared raspberry jam with her mother. Confiture Parisienne has added the subtle touch of lychee, which makes this jam completely delicious.

Raspberry, lychee, unrefined cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin.

Net weight: 250g / 8.82 oz 

Total sugar content: 55%. Prepared with 60g of fruit for 40g of unrefined cane sugar.
