Scintillating like a Christmas ball, bright like a champagne glass - and for a good reason - here is the 2016 vintage cuvée of our Christmas jam. And this year, it is a rosé Champagne with a slight hint of white Muscat, Pinot grapes, and vanilla from Madagascar.
The red fruit aromas of the Maison Picard & Boyer who provided the champagne, fight like the children under the Christmas tree to open the first scents of Pinot Noir hidden by the wine as well as the added grapes. As a result, an ideal jam for your grilled seabass, your Serano ham platter, your toasted bread or your aunt at Deauville. Champagne!

Total sugar content: 57%. Prepared with 60g of fruit for 40g of unrefined cane sugar. May contain sulfites.
