The unique is the "mono-fruit" jam range of Confiture Parisienne. A homemade method with small amounts of cooking and the exclusive use of unrefined cane sugar.

The unique apricot contains the best varieties of apricot such as Bergeron, or those from Roussillon, selected for their taste.

Composition:

Roussillon or Bergeron apricot, unrefined cane sugar, lemon, natural pectin. 

Net weight: 250g / 8.82 oz 

Total sugar content 57%. Prepared with 60g of fruit for 40g of unrefined cane sugar.

Tasting tips:

SWEET: On a toast, a pancake, a scone, a brioche or yogurt.
